Remote start installation

All of us know the cold winters we get in saskatchewan, been looking to upgrade my car (2008 pontiac g5 5spd standard) - a cobalt basically, with a remote start system. Anyone know the best / cheap place where I can buy and get a system installed ? I've been seeing prices from 1.2k$ to 400$. Thanks. Specifically looking in the Saskatoon area.
